PTC Israel is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

Role & Responsibilities
- In this exciting role you will be responsibility for the full cycle recruiting process, source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. universities, social platforms and professional networks) and work in collaboration coordination with hiring managers.
- You will plan interviews, selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and assess candidates information using our Applicant Tracking System.
- The talent acquisition specialist leads various employer branding initiatives, organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events.


- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferable from a Hi-Tech company
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
