Panaya is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support our global hiring efforts.In this position, you will play a major role in supporting the HR team, including:Managing the entire recruitment process for multiple roles

Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

Identify and pursue the best candidates with innovative and engaging sourcing strategiesOwn your data, and use it to build your recruitment strategy

Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates


- Positivity and a "can do" attitude
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a talent source or similar position within a global company
- Experience in managing the hiring process end-to-end with extensive experience conducting face-to-face interviews
- Excellent sourcing skills
- A multidisciplinary individual who is willing to always work in close collaboration with a variety of functions within the organization (Marketing, Finance, HR, Executives).
- Ability to think outside the box when needed
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Multitasker

It Would Be Awesome If You Also Had:

- BA in a relevant discipline
- Experience using Comeet and Hi Bob platforms
- Organizational and project management experience
- A data-driven approach
- A great sense of humor
