Description

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team!

As Herolo's Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of our business plans and strategy.

You will partner with business leadership, profile the best candidates, develop channels, and sourcing strategies to engage talents.

You will also build the most effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, interview, and act as a partner in all hiring decision making.

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience in E2E technical recruitment from high-tech companies or recruitment agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to work in a super intense and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills & passion for working with people.
- Vast experience in F2F interviews- Advantage!
- Fluent English skills
- BA degree
- Good vibes!
