What you’ll do:

- Independently lead the hiring process for new staff - from start to finish
- Become a trusted recruitment partner by working directly with hiring team managers to fully understand the requirements for every position to build exceptional teams
- Provide a transparent recruitment process for candidates to ensure a smooth experience and keep an open dialogue
- Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels
- Conduct interviews - over the phone, online, and in-person - and convey your feedback about the cultural and personal match with the company, the team and the position


- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company
- Experience in conducting in-depth face to face interviews
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and independent, but also a team player
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
