Our HR team is expanding and we are looking for a recruitment professional with a passion for discovering & acquiring the most talented and spot-on candidates - as we put quality first.

Currently, the company operates in a hybrid mode (both from home and office) and located in Lod.

What you are going to do:

- Responsibility for E2E Recruitment process for technology positions.
- Characterization and understanding of needs and positions with the recruiting managers.
- Head-hunt candidates (active and passive) on social networks in a variety of creative ways.
- Use and implement advanced sourcing tools.
- Build a community of potential candidates - creating a quality pipeline.


- Proven experience of at least two years in the field of recruitment and sourcing.
- In-depth and proven experience in head hunting on social networks.
- Excellent and creative verbal skills, both written and oral.
- An appetite for explorations, innovation, and initiative.
