AnyVision, is the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body, and object recognition platforms, first founded in 2015 in order to solve real-world problems. We are a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our IL HR team.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist that will reach out to top talent candidates in various business fields.

You will:

- Be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities E2E, working with hiring managers in position definition, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, in-person, and web-based interview methods.
- Review applications and conduct background check reports.
- Source candidates using various sourcing methods to fill open positions.
- Initiate an active part in employer branding initiatives.


- You previously managed E2E recruitment processes as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Hi-Tech industry - for at least 3 years.
- You have previous working experience in recruiting for tech and commercial positions.
- You hold strong technical sourcing and recruitment skills.
- You have fluent English.
