Our Digital Intelligence business is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced sourcer to lead the sourcing and talent pooling activities for our global TA team.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
- Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails
- Responsible for utilizing a variety of recruiting channels to search for potential candidates
- Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
- In charge of maintenance and development of Talent Acquisition Tools and vendors (Facebook, Glassdoor, ATS, Referral platform)
- Develops database for current and future hires
- Crowdsources potential candidates
- 3+ years’ experience as a sourcing expert - a must!
- Proven track record of successfully using various sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
- Knowledge of best in class sourcing methodologies and tools
- Fluent English
