We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment team to support CrazyLabs ongoing growth internationally.

You will perform a critical role in the company’s growth and help us achieve our business goals. Your responsibilities will range from sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers globally. The ideal candidate comes from a fast and dynamic environment and has a passion for working with diverse while delivering a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs while supporting the business goals.
- Recruit and source top talents.
- Ensure a superb hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, and industry relationships.

Requirements

- Experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced company.
- Proven sourcing skills (Boolean, recruitment databases, and social media platforms)- An advantage
- B.A degree (Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
