BioCatch is a fast-growing start-up company in the cyber industry that delivers behavioral biometrics analyzing human-device interactions to protect users and data. Banks and other enterprises use BioCatch to significantly reduce online fraud and protect against a variety of cyber threats.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with global recruiting experience, to support our rapidly growing business both in Israel and abroad.

The HR Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for E2E recruitment processes, from full partnership with hiring managers, through sourcing and attracting talents, up to creating a unique candidate experience. Reporting to BioCatch’s CPO.


- Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
- Own the candidate experience and escort them through the end-to-end process
- Extensive experience conducting interviews
- Posting jobs, performing phone interviews, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan team member referral programs
- Suggest measures for improving team member retention
- Lead internal mobility processes
- Determine HR and recruiting KPI’s
- Create and present KPI reports


- 4+ years of recruiting experience in-house, preferably in a start-up company
- Proven work experience as a Global Recruiter
- Extensive experience conducting HR interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases and reports, Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet – advantage)
- Strong decision-making skills, high energy and passion
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
- Fluency in English - must
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
