WeissBeerger is a tech company focused on creating innovative big data solutions for the food, beverage, and retail industries. After its acquisition by Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD), WeissBeerger became the analytics and innovation arm of the world's largest brewery.

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes end to end, including all recruitment operations, from inception and until successful closing.
- Partner with hiring managers
- Review, pre-screen and interview candidates
- Promote talent sourcing initiatives Via diverse channels and tools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the hiring process
- Create a positive recruiting experience for candidates
- Onboarding new employees and other HR tasks.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced tech companies or recruitment agency – MUST
- Experience in talent hiring sourcing
- Vast interviewing experience, very sharp and with great evaluation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces
- Self-starter, independent, results oriented and attentive to details
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
