WalkMe is in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company deliver business-focused recruiting and attract top talent.
We are searching for a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment who is creative and goal driven, with diverse experience in all aspects of recruitment and in managing recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be accountable for?
- Day to day management of the recruiting team in Israel responsible for hiring processes in Israel, EMEA and APAC
- Lead the recruiting team to implement creative solutions, improve hiring processes and hire key talent quickly and efficiently.
- Define and monitor TA KPI’s to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor, and develop the TA team members
- Recruit for senior positions and hands-on recruiting as needed
- Meet with hiring managers to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles and challenges, and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies
- Work closely with key business stakeholders and partners including HRBP, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with head of departments across the organization
- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure WalkMe is providing a high standard candidate experience


- +5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruitment teams in fast growing organizations
- Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure for rapidly growing organizations, including process, strategy, metrics and systems.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment and assessment tools and sourcing technologies
- A leader and a strategic thinker
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to continuously strive for process improvement
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
