Responsibilities:

- Partner with key stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Hiring Managers etc.) to materialize talent requirements & answer A-to-Z hiring challenges in everything revolving around Data.
- Lead strategic hiring events (academia / ecosystem) in this domain to position Lightricks as the Employer of Choice for every brilliant, rational agent out there.
- Create one-of-a-kind candidate experience in a consistent manner which peers can learn from.
- Provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders to underpin changes that will continuously improve our hiring efforts.
- Generate high volume of quality hiring results in half the time (or less) it takes most people in our guild.
- Be that type of person smart individuals enjoy [working, consulting, making stuff, solving hard challenges, laughing] with.

Requirements

- 3+ years experience recruiting vacancies as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a scaling organisation.
- Deep knowledge & mastery of advanced sourcing techniques - online and in-person. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Analytical, sharp and results oriented.
- Reflective & humorous in nature.
