As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely to bring massive value to all our hiring funnel. You will be responsible for keeping our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high performing employees.

- Maintain daily interaction with candidates for all accessiBe’s positions
- Schedule candidate interviews (phone, video, on-site) by coordinating with candidates, and hiring managers
- Responsible for writing Job descriptions in English.
- Work closely with the Talent Manager on various projects and deadlines
- Creativity! An interesting and complex approach to sourcing
- Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
- Self-started , independent, results-oriented and attentive to detail.


- 2 years of proven experience in a similar position in a tech company or an agency.
- Fluent like Hebrew and English both written and spoken!- Must!
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience in CV screening, phone interviews and scheduling while working under pressure in a high pace environment.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
