Playtika is looking for a T1 Technical Support!

In this exciting new role, you’ll provide Product navigation assistance & technical support as the client’s 1st stop- gathering user’s information & analyzing the issue to identify what the client is trying to accomplish.

You will sort through the possible solutions and will guide the client to success while always looking to improve the product according to business needs!


- Familiar with attribution solutions like AppsFlyer and the mobile industry (advantage)
- Familiar with tracking links (advantage)
- Has a previous knowledge in marketing- metrics & measurements (advantage)
- Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on tasks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, into-details and knows how to zoom-in & out when facing a task & to get it done.
- You have a serious hunger to solve problems in an out-of-the-box ways.
- Self learner who is willing to learn fast and independently, knows how to find the info you need anywhere.
- A people’s person- willing to provide excellent customer service while assisting Clients.
- A team player who is willing to work closely to support manager in escalating and resolving issues.
