System Test Leader

In this role, you will be in charge of planning, monitoring, controlling the testing activities, and reflecting the product’s status to management and other stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute & test closure
- Proactively and constructively identify and report test outcomes
- Report test status to management
- Understanding of market and customers in order to set test mode
- Market and customer understanding in order to set test mode
- In charge of process improvement
- In charge of "Know-How" outputs (tips and tricks etc.)

- BSc degree in engineering OR practical engineering (mechanics, electronics, SW, or industrial) – must
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role – must
- Required skills – leadership, technical, communication, analytical and presentation
- Proactive approach
- Multidisciplinary systems knowledge
