Description

WeissBeerger is the leading Internet of Things & Big Data solutions provider for bars and restaurants. The connected bar/outlet we have created allows the collection of critical data from each bar with the goal of providing bar owners real-time insights and understanding of the market to optimize their portfolio, improve their operations and increase their revenue.

We are looking for a Support Technical Leader to join our amazing team, and be responsible for the quality of the technical processes, tools and standards of the Support team.

What will you do?
- Mentor the Technical Support Team enhancing their professional knowledge and performance, Own support documentation and know how
- Establish, recommend and implement tools and policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer-oriented services
- Monitor queues and assist with daily/weekly goals, conduct quality control to reduce errors and improve procedures.
- Lead the production support bugs triage with the R&D teams
- Work effectively with other teams to implement strategies to increase profitability, productivity and overall customer experience
- Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy of information
- Handle escalated issues from customers

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field preferred (Computer Science, Engineering)
- 3-4 years Previous experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Skilled in a computerized work environment utilizing SQL, Microsoft Office, Zendesk &Salesforce, Jira.
- English – High, very professional level or native.
- Proven experience working with SQL and Databases
