Description

WeissBeerger is the leading Internet of Things & Big Data solutions provider for bars and restaurants. The connected bar/outlet we have created allows the collection of critical data from each bar with the goal of providing bar owners real-time insights and understanding of the market to optimize their portfolio, improve their operations and increase their revenue.

We are looking for students for part time positions to join our growing customer support team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers around the world
- Installation and customer troubleshooting
- Bug identification and escalation
- Proactive calls to customers around the world

Requirements

- 2nd/3rd year student, available to work evening shifts (17:00 – 01:00, 01:00 – 09:00) with possibility to add day shifts when possible
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Fluent English, French and Spanish are an advantage.
- High proficiency in Excel
- SQL is an advantage
