A day to day as a Product Designer - student position at SimilarWeb means...

As a Student Product Designer you will create amazing user experiences, and support both our product design team and our brand design team in varius projects. You will have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

On a day to day you will:
- Work on a complex product together with a winning design team
- Collaborate with the entire design team to push different projects forward
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept, through research to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Be a part in defining and building the company design systems across few departments
- Contribute to different projects across the design organization


- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio, Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Proficiency with sketch, figma, zeplin, gallery, Principle and other design tools
- You possess excellent communication skills - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies
