Description

Student Exchange and International Cooperation Manager, Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University
Scope: 100% full-time, project employee

You will be responsible for:
- Global Partnership Development and Management: Manage current and develop potential collaborations and activities with business schools worldwide to strengthen the Coller School of management’s international outreach and global standing. Includes identifying potential partner schools; managing ongoing relationships; advancing and operating the Student Exchange Program, developing short-term programs in Israel and abroad, hosting academic delegations, coordinating and operating cooperative degree programs, and more.
- Management of Coller School Student Exchange Program:
- Responsible for the admissions process of Coller School students wishing to study abroad, from establishing the criteria for acceptance, through conducting personal interviews, to final decision making.
- Organizing information sessions and preparing outgoing students for their semester abroad.
- Responsible for the academic facets of the study abroad experience.
- Advancing and expanding the school's international activities, including increasing the number of courses offered in English, fostering networking events with international students, developing joint courses at the Coller School for Israeli and international students, and more.
- Promoting and marketing the international programs at the Coller School of Management, including holding information sessions (in Hebrew and English) and operating and managing the program’s school website page and social media (mainly Facebook).
- Supervising and managing one team member who is responsible for incoming international students.
- Ongoing work with Tel Aviv University’s legal department regarding examining, negotiating, and approving collaboration agreements with business schools abroad.
- Representing the Coller School at international conferences once or twice a year.
- This is a dynamic, multi-faceted, and flexible position with great potential to initiate activities and change.

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree.
- Full command of Hebrew and mother-tongue command of English, including high level oral and written capabilities in both languages.
- A service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse groups, Israeli and international students, colleagues abroad, university staff, and more.
- Self-starter with a strong initiative for taking on and completing new projects in a creative yet structured manner within the limits of Tel Aviv University.
- Highly organized and good time-management skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ability to interact with an audience.
- Managerial and supervision skills.
- Experience in the international arena – an advantage.
