- Identify new opportunities for strategic collaboration through market research and industry analysis
- Develop a business strategy for each strategic target including joint value proposition, product integration and operational plans.
- Manage a revenue targets f and drive new deal opportunities with strategic customers and prospects
- Enhance and execute Kaltura’s integration and joint go to market plans, through close collaboration with Kaltura’s accounts, marketing and product teams
- Evangelize Kaltura’s products and co-selling opportunities amongst Kaltura’s strategic accounts, driving recruitment, revenue, and overall market adoption
- Develop and cultivate personal relationship with our strategic customers to ensure customers satisfaction

- Experience in business development, strategy, account management or equivalent experience sourcing new business 
- Experience managing relationships with large corporations as well as technology companies in North America and/or Europe
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment  
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills  
- Track record of understanding customer needs and challenges, establishing executive relationships and influence decisions at the senior leadership level 
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering stakeholders both internally and externally  
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA from a top school is a plus
- Driven, motivated and go-getter attitude  

Preferred Qualifications  

- Experience working in a cross-functional and global team
- Technical understanding and experience with Video technologies
