Description is growing and we are looking for a Global System Integrators (GSI) - Alliance Manager. We are expanding our strategic alliances with key Global System Integrators (GSIs) to help deliver innovative solutions to our enterprise customers. You’ll be responsible for developing their Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as well as drive revenue and services growth.

This is a key position to help shape and build our GSIs practice. In this role, you will develop the partners’ pre-sales capabilities and solution consulting ones and assist them in developing unique solutions and package them to a solid practice. You will influence the strategic framework and Go-To-Market plan, build the consulting and professional services programs to drive new revenue and market awareness with and through the GSIs. You will grow our partner revenue objectives that drive value for, the GSI, and our mutual customers.

This is a dynamic role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We are looking for someone who has a track record working with channel/GSI partners, proven success in Enterprise Sales and has established trusted advisor status with their key decision-makers.

About The Role

- Develop the CoE of the GSI which is responsible for generating new and expansion deals pipeline, developing apps/solutions as part of the GTM strategy (and to specific customers) and delivering large and complex projects through professional services.
- Educate the GSI partners on’s platform capabilities, apps framework and service opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with the Enterprise Sales, Customer Experience and Channel Partners teams to ensure alignment, collaboration and resourcing to drive mutual growth.
- Conduct regular cadence between GSI & stakeholders.
- Maintain and report an accurate partner activity and deals pipeline forecast.


- 3+ years’ experience in sales/channel sales/business development roles - Must
- Prior work experience in a consulting firm - Advantage
- Prior experience working with the GSIs - Advantage
- Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships.
- Strong executive selling and business development skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Deep understanding of different partner’s KPIs, GTM and organizational models.
- Ability to execute the GTM strategy by leading the development of the CoE.
- Hands-on and does what it takes attitude to drive success.
- Team player with a winning approach that flourishes in a fast-paced environment.
