Description

We’re looking for someone with insane energy. Someone who communicates with absolute ease. Someone who can dive into a sea of details and emerge with the big picture. And someone who has absolutely no fear of numbers.

We work with the top developers in the world, from Facebook to Google to Disney to King and everywhere in between. The Strategic Account Manager is the face and voice of StoreMaven for these companies, and if we’re going to put our best face forward you need to be exceptional. We expect you to be able to analyze on the fly, navigate unknown scenarios, and make our services indispensable to clients.

As soon as a client signs a Proof-of-Concept (POC) contract, they get handed over to you. Your role is to understand the client’s business goals and challenges, help them design an App Store strategic plan, take them through new business challenges, help them use our tools accordingly, and communicate on an ongoing basis. After each test is complete, we run a full data analysis and industry benchmarking report.

After a successful POC, the client moves through to a full contract where you remain in charge of the account, continuously delivering value, evolving with the client’s advancing needs, and becoming an integral part of the client’s own team. You are expected to build your clients’ quarterly and yearly strategies, and figure out how to drive upsells based on real concrete value—never false promises.

Day-to-day you will:
- Talk to clients by both phone and email
- Lead both internal projects for StoreMaven and external projects for clients, which includes managing relationships and tasks for different agencies and departments on behalf of your clients
- Analyze multiple tests, both in real time and after test completion
- Research new industries and geographic regions to create market insights reports
- Assist the Product and Dev teams in advancing and optimizing our tools
- Establish industry trends and benchmarks
- Explain statistical models to clients
- Look for ways to optimize the efficiency and effectivity of the Client Services team
- Use creative problem solving and generate new ideas for growth

Requirements

- Native English
- At least 3 years experience working with international enterprise-level clients
- At least 1 year experience working in a strategic capacity (business development, strategic consulting, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confident grasp of statistics
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work late
- Independent worker and strong time management capabilities
- Experience building and presenting advanced decks and reports—you should be a master at “story telling” in a business context

- UX/UI experience
