Description

We’re looking for an analytical and experienced Sr. User Acquisition Manager to lead our paid UA activities across search, social media and digital platforms. You will be responsible for growing Spike’s user base by developing our paid strategy, managing and optimizing our campaigns, overseeing external agencies, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders like Design, Brand, SEO and Analytics teams.

- Lead paid acquisition efforts across all platforms to achieve business and ROI goals (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Google Search, YouTube, FB AAA, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Manage the paid acquisition budget, including media plan tracking and forecasting
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (CTR, CPI, CPA, retention metrics, in-app events) to optimize according to the company, team, and personal KPIs
- Regularly report on campaign performance and budget spending
- Ideate and develop briefs for Design for new creatives you would run in A/B tests
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners and platforms

Requirements

- 5+ years as a Senior User Acquisition Manager in tech or a leading agency; 2+ years in a mobile-app company and/or B2B SaaS company with focus on global markets
- Hands-on experience in UA and demand-gen, including mobile app install (ASA, UAC, AAA), social (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and search (Google, Bing) - a must
- Deep understanding of online and advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, GTM)
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent, native-level English speaker and writer - strong advantage
- BA or BSc in math, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field - advantage
