WalkMe is in search of a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team!

What will you actually be doing?
- Embraces and models the company’s culture and ensures the candidate experience and selection decisions are reflective of the culture and values.
- Develops a strong understanding and acumen for the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and it’s execution within the specific product category or functional group(s) assigned, including workforce planning techniques, requisition and candidate management processes, onboarding and internal mobility philosophies, etc.
- Develops close partnership and understanding of Product Category and functional, business, roles and locations to support the execution of consistent Talent Acquisition practices.
- Manages recruiting lifecycle for all levels and roles within assigned product category, functional group, or location, including employer promotion in the marketplace, as well as candidate pipelining and compliance outreach activities.
- Sources candidates through innovative methods including targeted advertising, advanced booleon logic applications, partnerships, social media, industry networking, key professional organizations, selective agency partnerships etc. Explores and develops new sourcing methods, including diversity sourcing, to proactively identify talent. Capitalizes on trends and opportunities in our industry.
- Executes on any talent acquisition roll-out activities specific to their product category or functional group(s), including but not limited to Manager and HR trainings, Interview training, targeted partnerships, strategic workforce planning, career fairs and other recruitment events, etc.
- Responsible for tracking and performing against TA team and individual metrics, including but not limited to, Time to fill, Time to hire, Quality of hire, etc. Partners with HR and Hiring Managers on position specifications, ensuring detailed information on job requirements, skill requirements, and essential job functions to source top talent and collaborates to develop a recruitment strategy.
- Provides guidance, strategizes and makes recommendations to managers and HR to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes.
- Champions enhancing the candidate’s experience including: supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to internal and external candidates.
- Performing HR interviews
- Checks credentials as necessary and coordinates with HR and Corporate Compensation when presenting offers.


- Masters Degree - Advantage
- Minimum Experience
- Proven record working with KPIs and data
- Proven record of working with high leveled stake holders
- Fluent English - a must, Native English - Advantage
