Description

The Sourcing Specialist will be working within an extremely diverse and multi-cultural environment, a fast growing and dynamic organization.

You will sit as part of a high visibility team focused on having an impact on the business whilst sourcing for talents in the market.

Sourcing Specialists draw on extensive knowledge of the business; forge dynamic relationships with hiring managers, HRBP’s and work directly in partnership with Recruiters in building out their own next generation sourcing strategies.

Major responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the local team to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals. This includes identification and thorough mapping of competitor organizations
- Scout and identify potential candidates using Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing etc.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including maintain candidate databases
- Scale sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the growing appetite for passive candidate attraction techniques within the business
- Build strong relationships with candidates, while gaining a depth of insight into their skills, experience, identifying their needs and aspirations and finding the right fit
- Partner with recruiters, HRBP’s and hiring managers to define critical positions and candidate profiles
- Ability to qualify a candidate by a phone interview and understand what each candidate brings to the table

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as a talent sourcer or a recruiter
- 1+ Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies, practices and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies
- Great team player with a creative, positive and innovative mindset
- Database mining and searches experience in a variety of platforms (social networks, internal database etc.)
- Ability to work in an ambiguous & dynamic environment
- High motivation for learning variety sourcing methodologies and tools
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Very Good communication skills and selling skills
- Fluent English
- Most important – passion and curiosity for the talent challenge
