Wix’s Enterprise team within our B2B group. We’re focused on managing the ongoing relationships and success of Wix’s enterprise customers. Our team is responsible for onboarding new customers, managing and implementing web-based projects, and helping customers understand and implement new features. We also work directly with our Product team to deliver customer feedback.
The Enterprise SE (Solution Engineering) team is responsible for leading all solution discovery activities of incoming enterprise opportunities, building scope based on prospects’ needs, and supporting implementation post-sale.

You have the ability to build a deep technical scope based on customer requirements and guide them towards the technical win.
You are creative, a problem solver, and able to collaborate with others to drive success. You can gain prospects' confidence and communicate complex topics to multiple levels of the audience.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Understand both business challenges and technical requirements of prospective clients, and build the full solution architecture, working with different departments (such as Product, R&D, Onboarding etc.) to get the prospective clients to successfully adopt the platform
- Do everything related to pre-sales: discovery, value-based demos, proof of concepts, and technical competitive analysis in order to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements
- Work alongside fulfillment teams and Account Managers and oversee the delivery of Wix Enterprise products post-sale
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, tech leads, and design teams as a subject-matter expert
