WalkMe is looking for a can-do, accountable, tech-savvy individual to join our Professional Services team as our newest Solution Implementer. Our Solution Implementer will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our WalkMe solutions platform for our customers.

The PS team functions as the face of our company as we gear towards providing our customers with greater solutions that solve their business challenges based on our industry expertise. As a Solution Implementer, you will partner with WalkMe’s Project Managers as they scope, design and implement WalkMe’s solutions for our EMEA customers.

What will you actually be doing?
- Master all WalkMe products and features to build high-value solutions for our customers.
- Apply your technical abilities, customer facing skills and organizational abilities to determine the design, build and perfection of production grade solutions.
- Manage multiple tight-deadline projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with the Project Managers to implement WalkMe solutions that address real business needs in an efficient manner.
- Train and enable customers and partners to implement technical solutions independently using all aspects of the WalkMe offerings based on best practices.
- Work with multiple internal organizations; from QA to Technical Support and Product.
- Work with clients to map out key process flows, document findings and present recommendations to customers.
- Potential for traveling to customers workshops on a quarterly basis.
- A natural excitement and enthusiasm for technology, and for learning and explaining technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and management.
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions subject to customer constraints.
- Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
- Deliver WalkMe solutions that are impactful and measurable.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Eagerness to get “hands-on” with equipment to understand its capabilities.


- Background as a PS/system integrator/webmaster – a huge advantage.
- Good knowledge of computer systems including computer programming experience.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS and jQuery .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional key European language a plus).
- Past experience in dealing with customers remotely.
- Time management skills, well organized and a problem solver.
- Working hours Monday - Friday, matching EMEA business hours
