Description
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to support the rapidly growing Blockaid user community and help drive customer success.
- What you will do:
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop a strategy to win net new customers and drive expansion in our base to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with R&D teams
- Operate in a consultative process with customers and prospects to define their challenges and opportunities.
- Educate and become a trusted advisor and challenge assumptions and current status while delivering value to the prospects and customers.
- Support technical and business discovery activities including workshops, demonstrations, across multiple opportunities
- Deliver high impact product demonstrations based on the customer’s environment and testing needs
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in a Pre-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting Role
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience from a cyber security company- a plus
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely to customers or potential customers
- Passion for diving into technical issues and solving customer challenges
- English speaking and writing - native speaker or mother tongue level
