Description

A unicorn in the making is looking for the most enthusiastic, talented and passionate Solution Architect to join the magic circle.

We are in stealth mode, busy creating the first all-in-one digital workflow platform for agile security teams. Using our platform, organizations easily turn piles of security findings into actions and have all of their risk reduction tasks organized in one place, so that finally everyone can be on top of things and security can get done.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making sure our customers are extracting most of the value from Seemplicity platform.If you have a passion for building great products from their early days to a market leader we want to meet you.

Ultimately, by joining an early stage team that solves a major pain for its customers, you will have a significant impact on the company's products and once in a lifetime technology challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for the customer experience.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with the technical resources on customer side
- Assist customers in deploying the Seemplicity platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot customer deployment to identify any discrepancies and work with product and R&D to quickly resolve this.
- Collect and manage the state of deployment in each of the customers including feature requests, bugs and project plan.
- Continually communicate with Product and Marketing about customer requirements and use cases that can be improved / used in a larger audience.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (support, professional services, consultancy etc.)
- Good technical skills - ability to troubleshoot and identify problems in dynamic technology environments.
- Knowledge of cloud environments.
- Project management capabilities - organize and maintain the status and action items with each of the customers.
- Ability to work in ever-changing environments and priorities
- Ability to work in multiple time zones (most customers are in the US).
- Knowledge of Python and / or SQL
Skills
- Fluent English - written and spoken
