monday.com is looking for a Software Engineer to drive the company’s growth using deep business understanding, technological tools and data insights to empower monday’s internal teams. You’ll join our Big Brain Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role:

- Work in a fast-paced environment with a small team of experienced (and super cool) developers
- Develop groundbreaking features all the way from UI to database
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with data scientists, the Marketing Team and Customer Success
- Our Stack- React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
- Experience with big data.
- Experience building a web application from scratch.
- Team player, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
- A quick learner and initiative-taker.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
