Software Development Team Lead

We're seeking a talented Laravel/PHP Web and Application Developer Team Lead to join our growing technical team. This position will contribute to new products development, influence the technical direction of products, mentor, and manage a team of developers while contributing within the full life cycle of development. This includes design, architecture, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality scalable code using agile methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and mentor a +3 team of full-stack developers
- Work with Product to create new features
- Responsible for the architecture and development of new products
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

- 2+ years as a Team Leader
- 5+ years experience in PHP
- Experience working with Laravel framework (nice to have)
- Experience working with Angular 2+ (nice to have)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
