We’re looking for A highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager with exceptional communication skills and experience in bringing brand strategies and stories to life. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness, connect with customers and influencers, and ensure our online presence is aligned with our marketing strategy. You must be a quick learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while successfully managing multiple projects at once.  Is this you? 

What’s the job?

- Build, manage and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that increases our brand visibility and overall market engagement, and drives customer growth
- Manage all existing and new brand-owned global social platforms ensuring up-to-date content, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, - Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Payoneer’s online forum in line with the business goals
- Find new ways to build and deepen Payoneer’s relationship with its community of followers, and engage with them in exciting ways
- Track and analyze performance across all channels to connect the dots from data to insights to action
- Establish a unique brand voice and consistent look and feel on our social media platforms working closely with the Community and Customer Care Social Media teams
- Actively participate on non-owned industry forums and sites such as Quora and Reddit to help position Payoneer, seek thought leadership opportunities, look out for specific customer feedback and be the first point of contact to resolve issues
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to create buzz regarding new product launches, features and updates
- Align with the Communications team to amplify key messaging, especially around relevant corporate announcements or in the event of a crisis
- Maintain expert knowledge of social media and forums best practices and trends


- Excellent copywriting skills in English; able to articulate ideas in a clear, exciting manner
- BA in marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”
- An expert in all things social media, with minimum of 3 years in a relevant marketing role
- Out-of-the-box thinker who loves creative solutions and playing with new formats to inspire an audience, while keeping an eye on the details that make great social content
- A strong project manager who is data driven, has a high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines
- A proactive thinker who knows how to work remotely with various internal teams and across time zones

Not a must but a great advantage:

- Experience using platforms like Hootsuite/Sprout Social/Hubspot, Brandwatch, Salesforce and Jira
- Experience in marketing to SMBs
- Additional languages
