Description

We are looking for an Social Media Manager to join Brayola by Deltagalil

• Lead the social media strategy (in partnership with Director of Marketing and CEO) and planning of the social media calendar
• Responsible for managing the brand's social media presence across the various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
• Compiles both new and existing content to uniquely convey the Brayola story and engage with the digital community
• Oversees content strategy and creation with respect to product and overall branding
• Partner closely with the Art team to bolster social content optimisation and performance efforts
• Leverages the PR, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams in the creation of social content
• Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports including engagement, community growth, ecommerce statistic, customer acquisition, etc.
• Have a keen understanding of industry trends, new platforms and best practices
• Own post functions (product tagging and post scheduling/pushing) of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok and other relevant platforms
• Write/ proof-read social media copywriting
• Work with marketing team to assist in the organization of the monthly marketing calendar
• Monitor all social media activity, answer customer questions with help from the customer service team, and organize collaboration requests

Requirements

• 2-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on social media
• Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
• Experience leading the creation and implement social media content
• Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovative thinking
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong project management/time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong written and presentation skills
• Native/Fluent English
• Fashion-oriented
