Description

Are you a social media manager with a knack for engaging developers and security professionals? If you thrive on crafting informative and entertaining content, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the architect of our social media presence, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll develop strategies to attract and engage our target audience with content that educates, entertains, and positions us as a thought leader in the industry. This is a dynamic role where you'll constantly test new initiatives and stay ahead of the curve in B2B social media marketing.

Here's what you'll do:

- Become the Social Media Mastermind: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy specifically tailored to developers and security professionals.
- Content is King (and Queen): Conceptualize, create, and curate engaging content in various formats (text and video) that resonates with our target audience.
- Empowering Our Experts: Provide training, guidance, and content creation support for internal thought leaders to amplify their voices on social media.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze social media metrics to measure success, identify trends, and continuously refine your approach.
- Metrics Matter: Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the impact of your social media efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for someone who:

- LinkedIn & YouTube Savvy: Possesses proven experience in B2B LinkedIn and YouTube channel management
- Experience with a developer/security audience
- Content Creation Champion: An experienced content creator (text and video content).

In this position, you'll be working in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office.
