We’re looking for

Smart and creative Social Acquisition Manager with a passion for results to manage a large amount of campaigns targeting international markets on Facebook (including Messenger and Instagram), LinkedIn and Twitter.

What’s the job?

The Social Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving campaign strategy, creative, setup, management, reporting and optimization in order to meet the company’s ROI goals.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing numerous campaigns at once for various verticals, markets and business goals
- Administering analytics dashboards and key reporting tools to measure success (Google Analytics, BI, Salesforce).
- Stay up-to-date on both the digital marketing trends and the Fintech industry and the competitors’ landscape.
- Collaborating with teams based in various locations

Requirements

- BA/ BSC degree (Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics – advantage)
- 2-3 years of experience managing performance based activity on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Outstanding analytical skills
- High level English
- High Excel Proficiency
- Organized and detail-oriented
- High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environment
- Fast learner

Not a must but a great advantage
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Jira
- Other languages
