As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support our customer success, operations, and product management teams through identifying talented candidates, building networks and proactively promoting our brand in the marketplace. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating and hiring Sisense’s most valued asset – its people!


You’ll be surrounded by a global talent acquisition team that loves what they do and recognizes the enormous responsibility that they have - with every hire we bring into the company, we are changing the lives of our employees and helping Sisense grow. You will also staff for one of the most successful parts of our business, Customer Success. This team has had YOY success and also embodies our company value of customer obsession.


By Day 30…

You’ll have met with key leaders to learn more about their organization, their projects/deliverables and their team structures.
You’ll shadow fellow Talent Acquisition Partners on interviews and support them on some of their current roles
You’ll grow your LinkedIn brand/network (the best Talent Acquisition professionals do this throughout the year)
You will have completed training on our recruiting tech stack which includes Greenhouse and Top Funnel 
You'll be able to articulate “why Sisense” to your candidates

By Day 60…

You’ll partner with hiring managers to grow their teams. You'll have 5-8 positions to fill ranging from Customer Success Managers to Senior Product Manager to Sales Engineers (depending on the needs of the business you'll get a chance to support other roles as well!)
You’ve learned all of our processes and can train hiring managers on Sisense’s structured hiring model
You'll take on projects centered around employment brand including Instagram posts highlighting our amazing culture
You’ll launch various campaigns that drive employee referrals and top of funnel success

By Day 90…

You’ll become the trusted adviser to your respective business units
You’ll check-in with your hires to ensure they are being set up for success
You’ll own key talent acquisition and company wide initiatives ranging from diversity & inclusion to reporting and candidate experience
You’ll implement best practices because we’re always looking at how we can do this better, bigger and more efficiently


You’ve successfully recruited dozens (if not hundreds) of complex positions where being creative and caring about candidate experience matters
You’ve displayed a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
Your hiring managers see you as an integral part of their team. You’ve built partnerships across various teams, work in a collaborative manner, and develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, interviewers and executives
You’ve received numerous accolades from your candidates 
You’ve developed a strong knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing methods
You’ve used data and metrics to drive improvement
You've been an advocate for diversity and inclusion and understand how its a competitive business advantage
