Description

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Tel Aviv. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the E2E hiring process, advise and partner closely with hiring managers, profile the best candidates, stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices and bring in the best talent and provide an impactful and memorable candidate experience.

What You’ll Do-

- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, focusing on roles across R&D and Product, and potentially a variety of other areas
- Conduct HR interviews, convey your feedback about cultural and personal match to the teams, and the position
- Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience
- Develop a talent pipeline by using creative and innovative sourcing techniques and networking
- Analyze data and trends and identify ways to improve our recruiting process

Requirements

- 4+ years proven experience managing E2E hiring process for technology positions with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, HR and recruiting communities, etc.
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skill
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s Degree.
