In this role, you will be spearheading our R&D team’s scaling efforts alongside business leaders and of course our amazing team members. About The Role:

- Own a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values
- Design and lead best in class people-related strategy.
- Spearhead strategic business partnerships, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Proactively assess the team and organizational needs “pulse” and, lead informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including organization design, performance and talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
- Own the full employee life cycle, on boarding to off boarding.
- Partner with the HR Functions and Regional HR Partners around workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
- Innovate, lead and implement cross-organizational HR processes
- Lead initiatives to best support the R&D team’s growth and development


- 4+ years as an HR Business Partner in a global environment / scaling teams- Must.
- Experience partnering with R&D departments - Must.
- Successfully coaching and mentoring diverse and highly skilled managers & team members in all levels
- Data is at the core of everything we do here at - you must be passionate about analytics, data and how they drive business decisions.
- Results-oriented: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (Hebrew and English).
