A NextEdge Project manager is the Project leader, responsible for the management and overseeing of the project timeline, budget and team, working to reduce risks and advance the project to completion on time and budget.

We are looking for an experienced project manager, entrepreneur in spirit, with motivation to lead an innovative, technology rich project in a close-knit startup team environment, inside the security and capabilities of SolarEdge.

What will you be doing:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives, working closely with product management.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage these resources as required efficiently
- Prepare budget based on product requirements and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Provide project updates to relevant stakeholders including requried adjustments, and progress.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers through company resources and communicate expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the product manager and management to advance the project on time and within specification
- Manage new technologies research, working with internal and external stakeholders in the company and outside.
- Navigate the organization and promote effective decision making in the team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to assure product adaptation to market.


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience in Project management of a multidisciplinary technology project, which included Hardware, Software, and mechanical design.
- Experience in project planning, resourcing, and budgeting
- Experience working with PJM tools, preferably MS project or
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build, manage and influence multidisciplinary team and stakeholders
- Ability to interface effectively with executive management and functional disciplines.
- Creative and comfortable working through uncertain/unstructured environments
