We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager that will help drive Komodor’s growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing professional with a track record of bringing innovative B2B enterprise software/SaaS products to market while operating as a GTM strategist. A high impact role with a company-wide scope, you will engage with sales, marketing, customers and the management team. This is a challenging opportunity to be part of a fast-growing start-up.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to the vice president of marketing, you will grow our business by bringing new features to market through timely and compelling launch strategies, develop clear positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences, generate content that supports both thought leadership and demand generation, and enable the sales teams.

What You Will Do

- Drive persona development, positioning, messaging, content development, and campaign strategy to build demand in a scalable, repeatable, and predictable manner
- Develop deep understanding of the Kubernetes market
- Become a Komodor expert - you should understand the product's capabilities, value proposition and be able to differentiate against key competitors
- Research competitive products and ensure internal stakeholders have the appropriate training and content to effectively position against the competition
- Act as a customer advocate in communicating the value proposition of Komodor’s product and specific features to the different personas we market to
- Tell the story behind our products and their value proposition based on a deep understanding of our technology and platform
- Be a prolific content creator, both producing pieces individually and managing others to produce campaign content, presentations, technical white papers, blogs and videos
- Develop internal sales enablement content and training sessions ensuring relevant stakeholders understand product functionality and how to position to potential prospects
- Ensure successful product release and launch communications as well as refine our ongoing marketing strategies and execution


- 5+ years technology marketing strategy/product marketing experience
- Prior experience in POS/ Fintech/ SaaS based solution working in a hyper-growth environment
- Skilled storyteller who can craft compelling messages across personas and audiences
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from C-level to entry level, both internal and external
- Experience with hands-on content development of blogs, product demos, sales presentation material and other forms of content designed for external and internal consumption.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
- Deep technical product understanding with experience launching complex enterprise management and platform features
