We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, content, and sales enablement for our products and contribute directly to the company’s success. Your goal will be to develop and implement the content and plans to position and promote our products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate product functionality and technical details into marketing materials and user benefits
- Create a sound and accurate product messages that cater to our client needs and the company strategy
- Lead content creation
- Conduct competitive analysis of our solutions in the ecosystem and the HR tech space
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products
- Develop product marketing strategies
- Work with various teams (design, CS, product and sales) as well as with senior management
- Work with our Data, BI, & Product teams to analyze our data and define client-facing metrics and materials
- Communicate with clients to test product marketing strategies and identify needs

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with various product marketing methodologies - the creation of sales tools, positioning, packaging, content creation, marketing, and competitive research
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Be self-sufficient, able to operate independently and directly with all parties in the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Native English
- Experience in the HR Tech field or AI B2B Technology space is an advantage
