Description

monday.com is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager for our Billing team to support our efforts in building our own billing and payments systems. You’ll join our R&D Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Billing team is responsible for some of the most impactful parts of our system - processing and managing all subscription and payment experiences on the platform and outside of it in Monday’s additional growing product lines (Canvas, WorkForms etc.).

The Billing system sits at the heart of our platform and manages all the subscriptions to the platform and is a key pillar in our strategy and ability to move quickly, adapt to changes and own our success as a company.

Some of our challenges in the Billing team for this year -

- Allow monetization of new standalone products that live outside of the core platform
- Enable new billing models and plans to support our apps monetization through Monday’s growing Marketplace
- Develop robust capabilities to support our multi-product vision and fast-growing customer base of wire accounts

Being a public company, the Billing team is a critical team that works with stakeholders across the whole company from internal engineering teams to Finance and Client facing and we are looking for a strong Product Manager to lead this effort.

About The Role:

As a PM leading this area, you’ll take a complex system that already works at scale to its next step of evolution in becoming the system for managing any subscription and any product to support the company’s monetization effort.

You will be crafting great UI/UX, coming up with innovative solutions and experiences, handling complex infra & scale challenges, and leading a world-class team of developers and analysts.

You will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company and see how your ideas and work change the lives of millions of users (and counting).

Requirements

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products - must
- You are self-driven, you take extreme ownership, and you feel comfortable making decisions without consensus.
- You communicate well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams and products without “formal” authority.
- You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed.
- You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. You know your way around A/B tests, analytics tools and user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Previous experience leading SaaS products and specifically financial products – Advantage
