We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at Zesty. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving the design and user experience of our service. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our users. At Zesty, we practice consequential thinking to create meaningful solutions that address real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop and execute product designs that align with business and user needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions, with a strong emphasis on UX design
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on product designs, with a focus on creating a delightful user experience
- Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all product offerings
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the design team and cross-functional partners
- Help build a strong design culture at Zesty, promoting an iteration mindset and user-centered design

REQUIREMENTS

- Product Design Proficiency: 5+ years of proven experience in product design, particularly in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for cloud-based optimization tools or platforms.
- Data Visualization Skills: Ability to translate complex data related to cloud usage, costs, and performance into meaningful and actionable visualizations for users.
- Collaboration and Communication: Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Prototyping and Testing: Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and conducting user testing to validate design choices and iterate based on user feedback.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies to work in iterative cycles and adapt designs based on changing requirements or user feedback.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in cloud computing and design fields.
