JamesAllen.com – a fast-growing diamond bridal jewelry ecommerce retailer - is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join its Herzliya-based marketing team. The Senior Marketing Comms Manager will be responsible for all marketing communications, including digital advertising, email content, website assets, seasonal promotions, and CRM/Referral program. This dynamic position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, supporting customer acquisition and brand-wide strategies.


• Oversee all communications projects in Asana project management system
• Review, approve and traffic all email content and design, promotion assets, social media content,
• Collaborate with development team and website project managers to ensure assets are displaying properly on-site in advance of the sale
• Oversee photo shoots, working together with Art Director and CMO on model selection, mood boards, product feature selection, and feedback
• Oversee external PR agency relationship, providing direction on media coverage goals, tracking, and repurposing of media mentions in marketing content
• Oversee influencer marketing programs, including supervision of 1 influencer marketing specialist and approving all partner deals, cost, scope, and timing.
• Directly manage two content writers


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in the ecommerce space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or another related field.
• Native English speaker with strong understanding of the Anglo consumer market and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle many tasks and verticals simultaneously while maintaining excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, with ability to translate data insights into action
• Ability to work comfortably with high ranking executives in the development and approval-securing of activities on behalf of the team
• Must be highly familiar with digital channel programs and strategies, inclusive of new and emerging technologies that support content/message delivery and measurement.
• Must have excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and proactive, and possess an ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a collaborative setting.
