Description

Clicktale’s CSMs align to a portfolio of customers within a specific region and are responsible for minimizing churn/contraction risk while driving product adoption. The CSM does this through proactively engaging with customers, providing training, reports and other consulting deliverables. Alongside their teammates, the CSM ensures that customers are seeing impact and positive financial results from Clicktale that will support an ever-expanding business relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Level-3 support to enterprise customers globally.
- Act as a mentor to the entire support group including all tiers both from a technical stand point and customer facing.
- Work directly with the R&D department and act as the gateway of all product issues to Level-4 support.
- Aid in investigation, research and troubleshoot to resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Join customer calls or go onsite to help clear out technical roadblocks.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Work with internal and external international stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-side web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX).
- Customer-orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Innovative, independent, creative thinker.
- Able to travel up to 15%.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
