Description

XM Cyber is looking for an exceptional Senior Demand Generation Manager to be responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation activities which include understanding the customer and buyer journey, creating lead nurture, remarketing, ABM, SEO and SEM strategies. You will own the budget and strategy, manage vendors and work cross-functionally to meet targets. You’re a builder at heart with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for B2B companies. You are both analytical and creative, enjoy high growth companies and making an impact, know how to be detail-oriented and hands on with a strategic mindset.

What you’ll do

·         Plan, implement and measure multi-channel demand generation programs (organic and paid) to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation and accelerated marketing-sourced revenue – search, social, email, syndication, website, and more

·         Architect the strategy and ideas that can drive demand and work cross organizationally to execute

·         Understand and optimize buyer journeys to improve engagement and conversion

·         Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations and rapidly iterate as a result

·         Own the MarTech stack and manage marketing operations

·         Manage the global SDR team  

Requirements

 ·         At least 6-8 years experience in a similar role

·         Proven track record in driving inbound marketing programs

·         In-depth and hands-on knowledge of Hubspot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, WordPress

·         Data driven approach to SEO & SEM with strong analytical skills

·         Previous experience with ABM products and campaigns – an advantage

·         Integrated management of inbound and outbound – an advantage

·         Excellent English which includes the ability to write excellent emails and ads
