Skyline AI has recently been acquired by JLL (NYSE: JLL), a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. The Skyline AI team has been embedded as-is within JLL, to continue our mission of transforming commercial real estate with data science. We are developing a platform that collects data from hundreds of different sources and uses machine learning to extract insights for making fast and optimal business decisions. We have assembled an excellent team of leading data engineers, software developers, designers, product managers, and data scientists working towards this goal.

Our offices are in Tel-Aviv and we employ a hybrid work from home model.

On a typical day, you will:

- Develop SQL and/or Python pipelines to clean, process, unify, and integrate diverse data sources
- Ensure data integrity, freshness, and best practices in our growing data lake
- Solve data bugs detected by our users
- Support business insight requests from stakeholders such as real estate professionals, product managers, and data scientists
- Communicate findings and present data in English, orally and in writing, using data visualizations and/or statistics where necessary.

Requirements

We are looking for :

- 4+ years experienceas a data analyst, BI developer, data engineer, or data scientist
- Strong data wrangling skills including use of complex SQL queries and data processing in Python
- Ability to extract insights from large, multi-dimensional, and multi-format datasets
- Experience with data visualization libraries/tools (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (M.Sc - Advantage)
- Knowledge of statistical pitfalls for determining the significance-Advantage
- Professionally published work (technical blogs, whitepapers, conference publications, etc.) - Advantage
