Senior Construction BIM Manager

As our Senior Construction BIM Manager, you will be responsible for the ‘Digital Twin’- the core of our product, of one of the biggest projects ever built in Israel.

You will be responsible for translating the client's model & schedule into the Buildots system, using our internal 4D software. You will be working closely with the Project Managers, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and other teams across the company to support the project’s needs. You will need to understand how a construction site works, and how a project is being planned, so you can make sure our system provides the best value for our clients.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing Buildots Digital Twin
- Create and manage the process for integrating clients projects into Buildots’s system
- Work together with Project Managers and Customer Success to support the project and client’s needs
- Work with product and R&D to develop the tools and workflows.

- Be a great person and a team player.
- Experience with projects in the semiconductor industry.
- Have technical abilities to understand and manage complex processes.
- 5 years of experience in the execution of construction projects in the semiconductor industry.
- 5 years of experience in design and planning of construction projects using BIM.
- Flexible attitude and problem-solving.
- Have a good understanding of the latest BIM standards and compliance.

Technical requirements:

- Softwares:
- Must - Revit, NavisWorks
- Advantage: Solibri,Syncro, AutoCAD
- MS projects, P6, Powerproject
- A civil engineer or equivalent degree
- Experience as VDC Manager - Advantage
