Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software provider, is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team. As a member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments and co-ordinating the company payroll together with our outside payroll provider.

You will be working closely within our Finance Team, to support the hyper-growth of Graduway globally, deliver top-class services to stakeholders and drive efficiencies in everything that you do.

- Record day-to-day accounts payable and receivable and other financial transactions end-to-end;
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly, monitor and reconcile suppliers, customers, banking and general ledgers;
- Upload transactions on banking platforms;
- Prepare and post entries up to and including the trial balance stage performing necessary review and reconciliations;
- Maintain salary, employee and payroll records, calculate monthly salary and bonus information, process employee travel and expense reports and review payroll data.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external bookkeepers, payroll services and insurance providers across the globe;
- Assist with tax reporting and filings; and
- Introduce and improve accounting and bookkeeping.


- Proven bookkeeping experience of between 5 and 10 years
- Proven experience of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and banks, fixed assets and preparation and posting of journal entries
- Bookkeeping certificate (at least type 2)
- At least 2 years of experience co-ordinate payroll operations in Israel
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets and proprietary accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Relevant experience within global companies in the high-tech industry is a distinct advantage.
- Our Israeli office is based in Raanana and our standard working days are Monday to Friday
