Senior Backend Developer

ISI is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our GeoImpact and ClearSky software team.

The team develops ISI's ClearSky Ground Segment solution that brings the new-space age also to satellite operation, and the GeoImpact Solution that brings space-based intelligence, from automatic collection plan, to automatic analysis using computer vision, ML and AI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new technologies and solutions for our next-generation systems
- Design and develop scalable and secure backend architecture
- Take an active part in architecture design sessions
- Use best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Testing, Design Patterns)
- Collaborate with our Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and QA Engineers

Advantages:

- Familiarity with GIS and satellite operation concepts

REQUIREMENTS

- ROAt least 5 years of experience as a software developer ,taking mission-critical systems from design to production.
- Proficiency in using Python or C#.
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with code quality methodologies (unit tests, integration tests, DI, Mockups)
- Understanding of cross-cutting concerns and non-functional aspects such as security, performance, availability, supportability, operability, and others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead a Scrum team.
- A team player with a highly motivated, can-do approach
- Experience in RabbitMQ/MSMQ/SQS
